Death Valley National Park
February 25, 2017 – March 2, 2017
For those that know me, you know I love to ride my bike near and far. I will be riding 250 miles through Death Valley with others to raise awareness for non-profit organizations that protect our environment, advocate for bike transportation, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
My focus is on raising funds for the San Diego Bike Coalition to hire dedicated staff working to encourage bicycling among the public, advocating with government agencies (City of San Diego, SANDAG, County of San Diego, etc.) to promote bicycling in public policy, and collaborating with community organizations to complete safer, comfortable, utilitarian bike facilities.
With a $50 donation, you will also receive a one year membership with the San Diego Bike Coalition; keeping you apprised of ongoing advocacy efforts, bike events and membership discounts. Your generous donation is an investment to transform our streets for safety, sustainability and health.
Please enjoy a ride soon and I thank you for your support.

The San Diego County Bicycle Coalition advocates for and protects the rights of all people who ride bicycles. We promote bicycling as a mainstream, safe and enjoyable form of transportation and recreation. We work for better bicycling access and infrastructure, provide education programs for youth and adults who want to ride and encourage public officials, regional partners and advocates to join us in making San Diego County the most bike-friendly region in the nation.
